Description

This extension integrates MCP tooling into the Notebook Intelligence (NBI) environment by adding an @mcp-agent participant that can list, update, and invoke MCP servers defined in a JSON configuration. It provides commands to get and update the MCP server configuration and to call MCP tools directly from the notebook UI. The repo includes development install instructions and examples of the expected server JSON format, making it easy to run and test local MCP servers. It is MIT-licensed and intended to simplify connecting notebook agents to external MCP services.
