Description

This server connects to the Health Planet API to retrieve a user's weight records and exposes them via an MCP-compatible SSE endpoint so any MCP client can request time-ranged weight data. It includes instructions for local development and deployment to Cloudflare Workers for public hosting. The project is useful for integrating personal weight time-series into automation workflows, dashboards, or analysis tools without dealing directly with the Health Planet API.
