Description

This MCP server exposes a single tool to run SELECT queries on a Microsoft SQL Server using connection details provided via environment variables. It enforces read-only access (SELECT only) and is configured by adding the server entry to the MCP servers object in the Claude/CLIne settings file. The server is useful for safely surfacing database data to agents without granting write permissions, and can be run locally with standard MSSQL credentials.
