mpak offers a standardized package format (MCPB) for MCP servers, a security scanner (MTF) that scores bundles on supply chain and code quality controls, and a self-hostable registry to store, serve, and score MCP bundles. It enhances trust and security in the MCP ecosystem by ensuring reproducible installs and verifiable source provenance.
