Description

This project provides a high-performance MCP server for Metabase that enables AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients) to interact with Metabase instances programmatically. It supports database and table discovery, field inspection, SQL execution with parameter support, card creation/execution, and collection management. The server includes authentication options (API key or email/password), multiple transport methods (STDIO, SSE, HTTP), and production-ready middleware and logging to make AI-driven analytics workflows reliable and auditable.
