Description

MCP Mermaid runs a server that accepts MCP requests to produce Mermaid diagrams and charts (including configuration for theme and background) and can export outputs as base64, SVG, mermaid source, or saved files (PNG). It supports multiple transport protocols (stdio, SSE, streamable) and includes CLI options for local or global usage, making it easy to integrate with desktop apps and AI agents. The project is open-source (MIT) and designed to let large models output rich styled diagrams and validate Mermaid syntax across multi-turn interactions.
