Description

This repository provides a demo MCP server that exposes tools to integrate Mercado Pago services into applications and IDEs that support MCP (e.g., Claude Desktop, Windsurf, Cursor). It includes a searchable documentation tool (search_documentation) configurable by language and country site, and expects Mercado Pago API credentials via environment variables (CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET). The server is intended to simplify development and testing of Mercado Pago integrations by running a local MCP-compatible endpoint that agents can call. Setup and usage instructions are provided in the README including build and run commands.
