Description

This server creates and manages a memory store inside project directories to let Claude Desktop persist and retrieve project-specific knowledge across sessions. It stores memories as structured Markdown files, indexes them with Lunr.js for fast search, and supports tagging, relationships, and session-specific notes. Built with TypeScript, the MCP SDK, and Zod for validation, it helps maintain continuity and build a growing knowledge base for long-term projects.
