Description

This server provides a bridge between AI agents and the medRxiv preprint repository using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It supports keyword and advanced searches, DOI-based metadata retrieval, local paper download/storage, and a set of research-oriented prompts to guide paper analysis. The project is designed for easy integration with agents (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf) and aims to speed up access to health sciences preprints for research workflows.
