Description

Markdownify is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that transforms a variety of input types — including PDFs, images, audio (with transcription), DOCX/XLSX/PPTX, web pages, Bing search results, and YouTube transcripts — into Markdown. It can also serve existing Markdown files from a configurable share directory. The server is implemented in Node (TypeScript) and is designed to be integrated with desktop apps or agent systems to provide standardized Markdown output for downstream processing and indexing.
