Mail MCP Bridge allows AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to read and analyze emails from the macOS Mail app by simply copying a Message-ID and pasting it to the AI, eliminating the need for manual email exporting. It supports retrieving entire email threads, extracting attachments, and provides fast, privacy-focused local processing. The project includes pre-built Claude Code plugins for intelligent email analysis and offers a quick setup with Automator integration for easy Message-ID copying.
