Description

MacOS Resource Monitor is a lightweight Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes endpoints returning structured JSON about the top CPU-, memory-, and network-consuming processes on macOS. It gathers real-time snapshots using built-in macOS utilities (ps, lsof) and supports pagination, sorting, and category-specific queries. The server also provides a comprehensive system overview (CPU, memory, disk, network) with performance analysis and recommendations.
