Description

This project implements a local MCP (Model-Connected Plugin) server that mediates between an AI chat client and external internet services so models can retrieve current information. It provides services for city weather (AccuWeather), weekly news (NewsAPI), and today's USD exchange rate (CBR). The server runs locally, requires API keys configured in a .env file, and can be integrated with clients such as Claude Desktop and Cursor. It enables agents to answer questions requiring external, real-time data while keeping the infrastructure under the user's control.
