An MCP server that provides Markdown link-checking tools for AI agents via stdin/stdout.
Validate and report broken or unreachable HTTP/HTTPS links in a single Markdown file.
Scan multiple Markdown files or an entire directory recursively to produce a consolidated link-status report.
A project-wide link audit that respects .gitignore and can be integrated into developer tooling (e.g., Cursor) via MCP.
This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server exposing tools to check HTTP/HTTPS links in Markdown files. It supports single files, lists of files, directories (recursive), and whole-project scans that respect the root .gitignore. The server is designed to be integrated into agent workflows (for example, Cursor) and is runnable via the provided Makefile and virtual environment setup.
