Description

This repository provides a simulated Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) MCP server that models accessioning, preparation, and analysis steps for sample workflows. It exposes typed MCP tools representing instruments (preparation and analyzer) that produce and consume structured arrays of sample data, and it integrates with a SQLite MCP server for database-backed tracking. The project is useful for testing AI agents' ability to plan, call tools with rich JSON schemas, manage intermediate data, and produce consolidated workflow reports.
