Description

This MCP server provides secure access to FreeStyle Libre glucose data by integrating with Claude Desktop. It supports the latest LibreLinkUp API v4.16.0+, including automatic handling of required headers, token refresh, and secure credential storage using AES-256-GCM encryption with OS keychain integration. The server supports all 13 LibreLinkUp regions and offers various tools for glucose data retrieval, analysis, and session management.
