Description

This MCP server fetches short-term weather forecasts for Korea using the public 기상청 (KMA) open data API and exposes them for use in MCP/Claude Desktop. It supports searching by city, district, and neighborhood and returns today's forecast with detailed data such as sky condition, temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind speed, and wind direction. Setup is local and straightforward, requiring an OPEN_DATA_API_KEY and simple commands to run or install into Claude Desktop. The project is useful for integrating live Korean weather info into agent workflows or desktop assistants.
