Kilntainers offers isolated Linux sandbox environments for each LLM agent, ensuring no shared state or cross-contamination. It supports multiple backends including Docker, Podman, cloud-hosted micro-VMs, and WebAssembly sandboxes, allowing scalable and secure execution of shell commands. The sandboxes are ephemeral, living only for the duration of the MCP session, and are automatically cleaned up afterward. This design enhances security by keeping agents separate from the sandbox environment, preventing exposure of sensitive data.
