Description

This system predicts the probability of a sales lead converting into a customer based on historical CRM data. It includes exploratory data analysis, automated model training with XGBoost achieving ~0.88 AUC, and a FastAPI service for real-time inference. The entire pipeline is dockerized for easy cloud deployment, enabling scalable and efficient lead scoring.
