A lightweight centralized MCP control plane that lets agents observe and manage multiple Kubernetes clusters from a single cockpit.
Centralized read/write control over multiple Kubernetes clusters to create, update, or delete resources like Deployments and Services.
Safe, read-only inspection and auditing of cluster state (pods, logs, deployments) without risk of making changes.
Switch contexts between clusters and perform namespace-scoped operations or node management from a single MCP endpoint.
k8s_pilot provides a centralized control plane server for multi-cluster Kubernetes management, exposing CRUD and read-only APIs via MCP. It supports context switching across clusters, namespace and resource operations (Deployments, Services, Pods, ConfigMaps, Secrets, etc.), and a readonly safety mode for inspection and auditing. The server is designed to be integrated with MCP-enabled agents (e.g., Claude) and can run locally with the uv tool. It is distributed under the MIT license and aims to simplify fleet-wide cluster operations.
