Description

This server exposes Jira ticket retrieval and search functionality over the MCP (Model Control Protocol), allowing agents to fetch ticket details, custom fields, comments, and attachments, or run JQL queries. It supports both standard I/O and SSE transports for integration with Cursor and other MCP-aware clients. The project is configured via environment variables for Jira URL, username, and API token, enabling secure access to a Jira instance. It is useful for automating ticket lookups, summarization, and linking Jira data into agent workflows.
