This open-source MCP server provides full JIRA integration (issue CRUD, JQL search, comments, worklogs, projects, boards, and sprints) and formats results for use inside MCP-capable clients. It is written in strict TypeScript, designed with a modular architecture, and optimized HTTP client utilities for reliability and performance. The server is intended to be run locally or bundled into MCP-enabled editors (e.g., Claude Desktop, Cursor IDE) and is distributed under the MIT license.
