Description

This TypeScript MCP server connects to a Jira Cloud instance and exposes a get_jira_issues tool over stdio, returning issue keys and summaries based on an optional JQL query. It uses Jira email and API token authentication configured via environment variables and is compatible with MCP clients such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf. The server can be run with Node.js or Bun and is intended to integrate Jira data into agent-driven developer workflows.
