mcp-icd10 is a fully offline MCP server that enables rapid lookup, full-text search, category browsing, and bidirectional crosswalk translation between ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM codes using a pre-built SQLite database. It ensures zero network calls and no data leakage, making it ideal for HIPAA-compliant workflows. The server supports 124K codes across three coding systems and 102K crosswalk mappings, delivering microsecond-level query performance locally.
