Description

Heimdall moves an existing mcpServers config into a centralized ~/.heimdall/config.json, replaces client configs with a heimdall entry, and initializes ~/.heimdall/controls.json to authorize tools for servers. It lets multiple MCP clients on the same device share server lists and authorized tool sets, simplifying tool authorization and management. Installation is provided via npx or as a local instance, and logs and controls are maintained under ~/.heimdall for troubleshooting and persistence.
