Description

GrEBI is a high-performance computing pipeline that uses ontologies and large language model embeddings to integrate and aggregate knowledge graphs from EMBL-EBI resources, MONARCH Initiative, ROBOKOP, Ubergraph, and others. It facilitates complex integrative queries across multiple biomedical data sources, overcoming limitations of single-resource REST APIs. The pipeline produces materialised query results and Neo4j database exports, enabling efficient data analysis and exploration.
