Description

This MCP server wraps Google Maps services and provides tools for geocoding, reverse geocoding, place search, place details, distance matrix calculations, elevation lookup, and directions. It is intended to be run as a Docker container or via NPX and requires a Google Maps API key. The server simplifies integrating Google Maps functionality into agent workflows (for example, Claude Desktop) by exposing convenient, typed endpoints for common map tasks.
