Description

This MCP server allows AI assistants such as Claude to directly access and manage GLPI instances (versions 10 and 11) through the GLPI REST API. It supports viewing, creating, updating tickets, managing followups, tasks, solutions, knowledge base articles, and generating various ticket statistics, all via natural language commands. The integration simplifies IT service management by enabling conversational interactions with GLPI data and workflows.
