Description

This MCP server provides a full-featured interface to the GitHub API, enabling agents to create/update files (single and batch), manage branches, issues, pull requests, projects (classic and Projects V2), perform code/issue/user searches, and more. It preserves Git history, supports automatic branch creation, and includes detailed error handling for common workflows. The project is distributed with examples for Docker and npx usage and is licensed under MIT for self-hosting with a personal access token.
