Description

This server connects to Garmin Connect using user-provided credentials and exposes recent activities, detailed activity data, and health metrics (steps, heart rate, sleep, body composition) via the Model Context Protocol for use by Claude or other MCP clients. It includes examples for running with Claude Desktop or the MCP Inspector and relies on the garminconnect package for data access. The project is useful for bringing personal fitness data into agent workflows for analysis, summarization, or cross-referencing with other data sources. Troubleshooting and basic security guidance are provided in the README.
