Description

A TypeScript-based Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that connects AI agents to a FreshRSS instance using the Fever API. It provides tools to list and browse subscriptions, fetch unread items, retrieve items from specific feeds, and mark items or entire feeds as read/unread. The server is intended to run locally and be integrated into MCP-capable clients (examples given for Claude Desktop and Cline) and uses environment variables for credentials to improve security. This enables assistants to surface and manage RSS content programmatically from a user's FreshRSS account.
