Description

This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that integrates with the Freshdesk API to fetch solution articles, search content, and browse categories and folders. It exposes resources and tools (e.g., search-articles, get-categories) so LLM-based agents can query and display Freshdesk knowledge base content. The server is written for Node.js, intended to run locally or via npx, and requires a Freshdesk API key and domain. It is described as an alpha-stage development tool for connecting Claude Desktop or other agents to Freshdesk content.
