Description

FHIR MCP Server implements a full MCP interface for interacting with FHIR backends, enabling natural-language-driven CRUD operations on FHIR resources. It includes AI-powered document ingestion and chunking, Pinecone-based vector search for semantic retrieval, and optional LOINC integration for terminology lookup. The server supports OAuth2 authentication, is container-ready with Docker, and is designed to be RAG-ready for LLM agents to provide context-aware clinical responses.
