Description

This MCP server acts as a wrapper around the ExifTool command-line utility, enabling agents to read, write, and remove metadata from over 150 supported file formats including images, videos, audio, documents, and archives. It supports multiple metadata standards such as EXIF, IPTC, XMP, and GPS, and offers features like automatic backup creation and selective metadata manipulation. The server communicates via stdio following the Model Context Protocol, making it easy to integrate with MCP clients.
