Description

This MCP server, built with FastMCP, enables large language models to safely query anonymized clinical data from the PEC PostgreSQL database. It provides tools for searching patients, health conditions, visit histories, and health indicators with enforced data access limits and anonymization. The server supports integration with MCP clients via SSE transport and is configurable via environment variables.
