A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for accessing and controlling Eight Sleep Pod devices and retrieving sleep data.
Remotely read and analyze detailed sleep metrics (sleep stages, HRV, heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep score) for personalized recommendations or reporting.
Control Eight Sleep Pod devices (power, immediate temperature changes, and temperature schedules) as part of automated home routines or thermal comfort optimization.
Manage wake/sleep automation and reminders by creating, updating, or deleting alarms and adjusting user preferences (units, timezone, bed side).
This MCP server exposes Eight Sleep Pod functionality (device control, temperature management, sleep metrics, and alarm management) through a standardized MCP interface. It supports user profile and preference management, device status and presence checks, immediate and scheduled temperature control, and detailed sleep/physiological data endpoints. The project is designed to be run with environment-configured credentials (including a persistent user ID to avoid repeated authentication) and can be integrated into tools like Claude Desktop for agent-driven automation and monitoring.
