Description

This MCP server integrates an LLM agent (Claude) with a Discord channel by running a bot that sends messages and collects replies. It supports notifications (fire-and-forget) and prompts that accept either button clicks or text replies, with optional timeouts and action buttons. The project requires a Discord bot token and channel ID and exposes a send-message tool for programmatic use, enabling human-in-the-loop decisions and team notifications via Discord.
