Description

This server exposes Discord functionality to Model Context Protocol agents so they can list servers/channels, read recent messages, and post messages using a Discord bot token. It supports channel names or IDs, automatic server/channel discovery, and configurable message fetch limits. The integration is designed for security and user control — message sends require explicit approval and the bot must have appropriate Discord permissions.
