Description

This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that proxies AI clients to the Directus API, enabling agents to perform CRUD operations on collections, manage files, and inspect users, roles, permissions, and system information. It can be run via npx or in development mode, and integrates with AI editors like Cursor and Claude Desktop by supplying Directus credentials. The server exposes tools for collections/items, files, users/permissions, and system endpoints, simplifying automation and agent-driven content management workflows.
