Description

MCP DevPrompts exposes GitHub Gists via gist://github/{gistId} URIs and offers a read-gist tool to programmatically retrieve and format markdown content. It supports authenticated GitHub API access (via GITHUB_TOKEN) to avoid rate limiting and can be integrated with Claude, Claude for Desktop, and the MCP Inspector. The server extracts and presents gist markdown as prompt templates, with error handling for failed requests.
