Description

DeepMap MCP is a server designed to enable Large Language Models (LLMs) to access and analyze the Broad Institute's DepMap CRISPR gene effect datasets across 1,000+ cancer cell lines. It acts as a low-latency bridge between raw DepMap CSV data and MCP-compatible clients, facilitating functional genomics analysis for therapeutic target evidence collection. The server supports multiple tools for gene search, dependency summaries, and identifying sensitive cancer models, enhancing research and reporting workflows.
