Description

This MCP server links DaVinci Resolve with Claude AI (or other MCP-capable agents) over a socket, exposing project, timeline, media, grading, marker, and render operations. It allows agents to create timelines, import media, add clips/transitions/effects, run Python/Lua scripts inside Resolve, and render outputs programmatically. The integration is aimed at automating and accelerating common editing and color-grading workflows through two-way communication. It's distributed as an installable Python package with instructions for integrating into Claude Desktop or Cursor.
