Description

MCP Data Science is a server that enables large language models to perform end-to-end data science workflows including loading, cleaning, transforming, visualizing, modeling, and reporting on datasets. It offers a stateful DataStore for managing DataFrames and models, a 13-phase guided workflow for systematic analysis, and supports a wide range of statistical tests, clustering, and dimensionality reduction techniques. The server requires no external services and communicates via stdio using the MCP protocol, making it easy to integrate with any MCP-compatible client.
