Description

A lightweight MCP server that reads a FAQ JSON file, selects relevant FAQ items for a given customer inquiry, and integrates those items into email templates to produce automated but personalized replies. It is designed to work with Claude Desktop via the Model Context Protocol and exposes a respondWithFaq tool for including selected FAQ context. Configuration is simple (place FAQ items in public/faq.json) and the project is intended to speed up common customer support workflows.
