An MCP server and Figma plugin that connects Cursor to Figma, enabling programmatic control of documents, nodes, and variables.
Programmatically create, move, resize, and style Figma nodes from Cursor or other MCP-enabled tooling.
Read, create, and bind Figma variables and variable collections to node properties (including changing existing bindings).
A stable, reconnecting WebSocket bridge and plugin to integrate Cursor workflows with live Figma documents.
This project provides an MCP server plus a WebSocket-backed Figma plugin to let Cursor communicate with and control Figma documents. It adds robust connection management, TypeScript type safety, and comprehensive support for Figma variables (listing, creating, and binding variables and collections). It's a fork of Sonny Lazuardi's original Cursor Talk to Figma MCP with additional tools for variable management and improved reconnection/channel handling. Useful for automating design tasks, manipulating nodes, and integrating design workflows into Cursor.
