Description

The Cortex MCP server integrates with Claude Code to provide direct querying capabilities over a local-first knowledge graph that watches project files, extracts entities and relationships using LLMs, and supports natural language queries with source citations. It enhances developer productivity by maintaining context across multiple projects, detecting contradictions, and respecting privacy by keeping restricted data local. The MCP server exposes tools like get_status, list_projects, find_entity, and query_cortex for seamless interaction.
