Description

Context Lens is a self-contained Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables semantic search over codebases, documents, and other text files by converting content into meaningful vector embeddings stored locally with LanceDB. It supports smart parsing and chunking to preserve code structure and meaning, allowing AI assistants to understand concepts rather than just keywords. The server runs fully locally without any cloud dependencies, ensuring privacy and offline functionality.
