Description

This tool monitors promotional usage windows for the Claude AI service, showing when doubled usage rates are active outside peak hours. It integrates with shell prompts, tmux, and Claude Code status bars to provide real-time status updates. The configuration is fully customizable via JSON files, allowing users to add new promotions without code changes. It also includes API health checks and defer/proceed recommendations for task scheduling based on usage windows.
