Description

This Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integrates Spotify with Claude Desktop, providing authentication, search for tracks/albums/artists/playlists, playback control, playlist management, personalized recommendations, and access to a user's top tracks. It runs as a local Node.js service and can be auto-started by Claude Desktop or run manually for troubleshooting. The integration persists tokens locally for session continuity and includes tests and schema validation to help ensure reliability. It is intended to make it easy for Claude agents to interact programmatically with a user's Spotify account.
