Description

Claude Persistent Memory enables Claude Code to have long-term memory that persists across sessions by combining BM25 full-text search and vector semantic similarity. It uses Azure OpenAI for LLM-driven memory structuring and supports multi-project isolation to prevent data cross-contamination.
